Our business model currently revolves around made-to-order system to eliminate sitting on inventory that might go to waste. Therefore, your order is personally made for you. Although we do not accept returns, you can request a cancellation of your order within 1 hour of purchase. We can certainly work on replacing an item for you if it comes to a printing/design error. We work with suppliers that guarantee high quality of print for our designs, so if anything is wrong, we should be able to replace it for you. We are very grateful for your order, but please double check the items in your cart including the quantity, sizing and color before finalizing the order. Unfortunately, errors such as these, do not qualify for an exchange or replacement once the order is fulfilled.

All damaged/defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item. If you contact us after 5 days of receiving your damaged item, you will not be eligible for a replacement. After we approve your replacement, the item must be sent back to B&G HQ within 14 days. If we do not receive your item within 14 days of your exchange being approved, it will no longer qualify for this.
Once your exchange is approved, you will receive a follow-up email that will have the exchange instructions and shipping address. Please make sure when you send your exchange, you include the same name you used when placing the order as well as the order number associated with the item. *We are not responsible for any items lost in the mail.

These items must be unworn and unwashed. Therefore, free of perfume, make up, deodorant and any other marks or stains. These items, including shoes must be sent back in original boxes. All tags must be attached. Thank you! :)
